  1. Once again, you supply my thought for the day. Don’t think I will ever again take for granted my morning wake-up beverage. And you are a beacon of kindness in this world. Even if it is by the light of a cigarette.

  2. This Kris guy is showing up in a lot of your stories. Curious as to what he look like. Any photo of him?

  3. When you first moved over to Covington, I told you you would find great material for stories. I’m always happy to be right!

  4. I don’t think there is anybody better at writing slice of life stories than you. “Hope’s Real Life” in CityBeat may be the best example of this — trying to get a friend to open up about the death of her son and she just couldn’t or wouldn’t. Paying attention to the little things makes great real life drama and you know how to do it.

  5. Older guys with limited means learn to pace themselves physically and financially. I’m more efficient with my tasks and my cash since both became more limited since I retired. People who don’t learn the correct pace wind up broke, dead early or both. You are a wise man.

  6. Tuck, I think if Larry was a wise man he wouldn’t be smoking but I’m sure he doesn’t want to hear that.

  7. Tell your people at Article 25 I would love to pick up a paper but the thing is you can’t find it anywhere.

  8. Julie, You’re not going to stop Larry from smoking and you’re certainly not going to stop him from writing about it. He is who he is!

  9. Melissa, I totally know how “sexy Larry” is. I just have to get my digs in 🙂
