  1. I have the I AM SHELBY LYNNE CD. Haven’t listened to it for a long time. I think that will change sometime today.

  2. I have never understood why a club here in Cincy doesn’t book Shelby. She’s great. Thanks for the video. I missed her on Letterman.

  3. She can, as someone once said, “sing the phone book.” She was all over the place on her early recordings, but even “Telephone” was a great tune. Her Dusty Springfield tribute was excellent, and her latest is her best, even though it contains the horror she had to face when her father killed her mother and then shot himself. I believe she did appear here sometime last winter.

  4. I’m a big fan of hers and probably know way too much about her. She started in Nashville, did some country albums but never fit in, never sold records. “I Am Shelby Lynne” was the first album of her doing really what she wanted and she has only gotten better since. In the music business she is known as a “hell cat,” doing exactly what she wants to do and listening to no one! Who wouldn’t love that?!

  5. Can’t help but notice she is standing on the rug where they do those stupid pet tricks.

  6. Your musical taste was a good one today and she’s not wearing a rhinestone suit. Even more of a plus.

  7. Shelby is a cutie and knows how to sing. I’ll give you this: You have posted music videos much worse than this.

  8. As far as raw talent goes, there is no one better than Shelby Lynne. You are right, just her and the guitar is enough because of her powerful voice. I know you have this new album, others should too.
