  1. Charlie Rich had several “countrypolitan” hits during the late 60s-early 70s. They were bland, but he could truly sing and play piano very well. His best albums were more blues and jazz, but they didn’t sell, so he made few of them. He even had an early rock ‘n’ roll hit, “Mohair Sam.” But he was a blues-jazz pianist and solid singer who should be remembered as an excellent all-around musician.

  2. I remember Charlie Rich too. He was really good before he started recorded that country stuff. Mohair Sam was a cool song.

  3. I would hold on to that Seinfeld mug if I were you. That’s considered a collectible now, worth some money.
