I’m trying to remember when I first started drinking it. I think I was in my early 20’s but I can’t really remember.
My father drank coffee all day long. I can’t. I have two cups in the morning and that’s it.
A couple years ago, I tried to give up coffee. It didn’t take. You simply can’t replace coffee with bottled water. It’s just not the same. Bottled water doesn’t wake you up.
I’m aware that coffee is a drug. I don’t care. Some drugs I need and I need coffee.
I put Sweet ‘n Low in my coffee. I’ve tried other zero calorie sweeteners but I like this brand the best.
Sometimes with friends, I’ll go out and have coffee but not often. I usually drink my coffee at home and alone.
I can’t remember the last time I went to a Starbucks.
Cigarettes went great with coffee, but now I no longer smoke. Vaping—using an electronic cigarette which I do now—is OK but it’s not the same as real smoke. That doesn’t mean I will ever go back to tobacco, just saying.
As for the kind of coffee I purchase, I’ll get whatever is on sale.
I use a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker.
I won’t be writing another post here until Thursday. It probably won’t be about coffee, but you never know.
