  1. Better to go to Dollar Tree and pay a buck for cheap crap than go to Walgreen’s and pay a lot for cheap crap.

  2. I purchased a mop for a dollar. I’m not sure how long it will last but I only invested one dollar so who really cares!

  3. You’ll be lucky if those pens you bought will last for two minutes. Rita’s right. You get what you pay for.

  4. It appears you got out of there for between $7 & $8. That’s not bad for the notebook, pens, cleaning supplies and several breakfasts. Dollar stores are great for essentials and non-perishables, and you still have over two weeks to down the eggs.

  5. I asked a cashier in there a couple weeks ago how they business was. He said “steady.” I think that’s about right as there are always customers in there. Some days back they ran out of bags. What does that tell you?
