I like crab cakes but they seldom have them at the Kroger I go to on Madison Avenue in Covington. I went grocery shopping yesterday and, my god, they had them. I stocked up. Now, not only do I like crab cakes, I got them in my freezer.
My favorite number is five which is odd, because I don’t usually like odd numbers.
The nickel is my least favorite American coin. I don’t like the way it feels.
The dime is my favorite American coin. I like the way it feels.
I hate doing laundry but I love it when I get it done.
I’m not crazy about grape juice, but sometimes I drink it anyway.
I don’t have a favorite brand of coffee. I get whatever is on sale. I seldom drink coffee out. In the old days, I used to go to Starbucks a lot. Now, I can’t remember the last time I was even in one.
Rainy days and Mondays don’t usually get me down.
I’m very proud of myself that I haven’t had a tobacco cigarette since September 22nd, 2013. I’m a vapor now—not a smoker.
Older Country Music is better than newer Country Music.
I’ve done a lot of blog posts over the years with the word “Ramble” in them.
Tomorrow is Tuesday. I promise I won’t do a blog post entitled “Tuesday Rambling Thoughts.”
