It’s a fact. Print books are still outselling eBooks. You don’t have to take my word for it, click here to get the facts.
A lot of my friends and family have those eBook readers. I guess that’s what you call them. I don’t. I have nothing against eBooks at all—hell, you can even buy my books that way—but I like turning the pages of a book. Also with a “real” book, you don’t have to worry about a battery going out.
And I also like bookcases—all bookcases including mine. I like looking at them and the books inside them. With my bookcases, it’s my reading history.
When it comes to going to a store, there is no better store than a bookstore. I can spend hours in one.
If you’re thinking this is a post in defense or in support for print books, I guess you’re right. It makes me feel good that people are still buying them.
